We find in health food nutrients and each has a specific function in our body, for example, give energy, build bones and muscles, allow the heart to continue beating, the blood is strong to fight disease, help the brain think and be alert, among others. To nourish you must choose healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, and the more colorful the food, the healthier it is.
